Jinnah Cox

Vice President & Head of Group and Living Benefits, Munich Re Life US

With over 20 years of reinsurance experience, Jinnah Cox leads Munich Re’s U.S. Group and Living Benefits business and is a member of the U.S. executive leadership team. Prior to assuming this role in October 2024, Ms. Cox served as the head of the Individual Life Pricing team. Throughout her career, she has worked in partnership with stakeholders across the life insurance industry to lead cross-functional projects, develop optimal solutions for new business and inforce portfolios, and consult in areas including product development, risk selection, assumption setting, and accelerated underwriting.

Prior to joining Munich Re, Ms. Cox held various actuarial positions with Transamerica Reinsurance and SCOR Global Life Americas, where she developed deep expertise in modeling, assumption setting, and pricing. She graduated from Furman University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Computer Science.
