Jen Marquino
Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary

A skilled leader with deep experience in actuarial reporting and controls, Ms. Marquino oversees the company’s Corporate Actuarial Department, responsible for all reserve and capital reporting. Prior to joining Munich Re in 2020, Ms. Marquino served as a Vice President of Ohio National Financial Services, initially leading the company’s valuation function and ultimately overseeing the reinsurance, hedging, and enterprise risk management functions. She began her career at New York Life and progressively held successive leadership positions at Sun Life Financial and Ernst & Young. 

Ms. Marquino is a Co-Chair of the Munich Re Life US Women's Inclusion Network and is Senior Sponsor and Chair of the Actuarial Advisory Committee, which oversees the company’s actuarial student rotational program and campus recruiting. In addition, she is a Member of the Advisory Board and Finance Committee for the Anchor Program Fund, a non-profit organization supporting the Town of Hempstead’s Camp ANCHOR (Answering the Needs of Citizens with Handicaps through Organized Recreation.)
