    We really pride ourselves on being an evidence-based medical shop. All of the medical research we do, for example in breast cancer, thyroid cancer, and melanoma, incorporates any treatment advances that improve prognosis. This can translate into improved mortality and morbidity expectations published as updates in our underwriting guidelines. Clients who follow our guidelines should be able to expand insurability by offering insurance to more people who should qualify.
