NMU takes the crown in Insurance Age’s Broker Satisfaction Survey

Here at NMU, we are firmly committed to delivering outstanding service – whether through our underwriting expertise, innovative products, or our ability to handle claims quickly and efficiently; broker satisfaction is always our top priority.

To that end, we are incredibly proud to be awarded the top spot in Insurance Age’s Broker Satisfaction Survey for Commercial Lines!

The research conducted by Insurance Age questioned brokers on a number of key performance metrics for service delivery, which covered efficiency in providing quotes, quality of underwriting, communication, access to decision makers, policy documentation, cover and renewals.

The deep dive poll into strengths and weaknesses placed NMU in the top spot, receiving an average satisfaction score of 78.19% - three points higher than the next insurer.
