    About the report

    Insurance Business UK undertook a 15-week process to identify leading companies in DE&I. Their team conducted one-on-one interviews with DE&I professionals to gain a keen understanding of industry standards for DE&I and identify companies that had met or exceeded those expectations. In their report, they surveyed employees at the nominated companies about the most important criteria for enhancing the effectiveness of their DE&I programmes. Topics covered included employee feelings of belonging and of being heard.
