    We pride ourselves for having an experienced, expert claims team which works closely with both assureds and underwriters, covering all the areas of business written by the Syndicate and its service companies across the world. The team takes a proactive approach to the management of claims and provides professional and efficient claims service. 

    Our claims philosophy

    When it comes to claims, we prioritise delivering dependable, reliable service and expert claims handling, supporting our customers promptly, accurately and efficiently. Our claims philosophy is at the heart of our business to ensure that we are there for our customers when they need us.

    Our opening hours are 9:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday.

    Make a claim

    If you are the policyholder and have bound cover through an insurance broker, please contact your broker to lodge a claim on your behalf

    As part of Lloyd’s market system, brokers are expected to submit a claim via Lloyd’s market system ECF2. Once submitted, our claims management team will be able to respond to the claim within 3 business days in the ECF2 system. 

    For further enquiries on your claim, our claim's adjusters are happy to help or answer your queries.
