Amy Snow

Amy Snow is Senior Vice President responsible for HSB’s data, analytics and digital interactions. She oversees HSB’s data strategy, governance and operations functions, as well as the data science resources supporting HSB’s insurance, engineering and technology pillars and the prioritization, and delivery of customer facing digital capabilities via web, portal and system to system integrations. Ms. Snow and her team work in close partnership with other areas of HSB, including IT, to drive business value through strong execution.

She joined HSB in 2002 as a project manager, drawing upon her years of consulting experience to lead several HSB corporate projects. In January 2012 she became Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. In 2019, she formally assumed the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Ms. Snow began her career at Arthur Andersen/ Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where she reached the position of manager serving public sector clients. She then worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families for five years leading a significant transformation project and ultimately running IT. Her final career step before joining HSB was with a small Connecticut-based software company where she led Recruiting, Training and Career Development for the Professional Services division.

Ms. Snow earned her Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Cornell University.
