Claire Weston

Claire is a part of the Great Lakes Insurance UK Board as Chief Executive Officer.
As a qualified actuary, she has been with Munich Re since 2014, working in both reinsurance and insurance.  Claire was instrumental in developing the post-Brexit strategy for the Munich Re Group.

At Great Lakes UK, Claire holds the Senior Manager Functions
SMF 1 (Chief Executive Function) and SMF 24 (Chief Operations Function).

Tony Ayles

Tony is part of the Great Lakes Insurance UK Board as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer. He has been working with Great Lakes since 2015, previously heading up the Agency Audit function.

At Great Lakes UK, Tony holds the Senior Manager Functions
SMF 23 (Chief Underwriting Officer) and SMF 24 (Chief Operations Function).

Jessie Shi

Jessie is the Chief Financial Officer and one of the Executive Directors for Great Lakes Insurance UK Ltd.
Her primary responsibilities include Finance Operations and Reporting, Cash management and Investments, Reserving and Actuarial, and Taxation.

Jessie started her professional career in (re)insurance at Munich Re Australia in 2005 after having completed her CPA qualifications and master’s degree in accounting.
Prior to joining Great Lakes, Jessie worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Munich Re Greater China for three years.
