    Based in the San Francisco office, Rachael Dougherty leads the E&S property underwriters in the West Coast Territory for Munch Re Specialty – North America’s E&S Property department. She has 13 years of insurance experience, including 10 years as a property underwriter. She has a particular interest in learning about regional wildfire risks and their associated mitigation practices and technologies. Rachael obtained her B.A. in English from Temple University.
