    During recent last years, natural catastrophes (NatCat) due to hail, tornado, and flash flood, caused high amount of insured losses worldwide. In our industry, these events (among others) are called non-peak NatCat perils. It is difficult to estimate the future impact of these events due to the increased frequency and severity of weather phenomena. What types of losses can be expected?  Are we able to adequately contain these phenomena with our UW decisions?
