Publicly traded companies and their executives are vulnerable to a number of potential claims arising from decisions and actions taken by them. Any of the claims could potentially endanger the financial health and reputation of the companies. Today’s market environment and current/future trends are key risks for directors and officers.

In this session, we will provide an overview of D&O coverage and discuss ongoing and future trends. We will identify economic trends, both US and global, including stock market volatility, social and economic inflation, supply chain issues, and ESG impacting businesses and their directors and officers in a continually challenging litigation environment.
