What insurance cover does a young family require? Which kinds of insurance can they probably do without? These and other questions are answered by experts in the fourth issue of the ERGO Customer Report.
Anyone starting a family needs security, and insurance can provide just that. For this reason, the current Customer Report focuses on families and their respective lifestyles.
The ERGO Customer Report 2015 also provides an insight into the typical working day of employees. It explains how ERGO understands and implements their brand promise “To insure is to understand”. The support provided to insured persons in case of a claim is illustrated with infographics and figures. Furthermore, it presents mobile and new services for policyholders which are part of the drive for digitalisation.
Key Performance Indicators are also included in the Customer Report, which make it possible for ERGO customers to gauge the performance and progress of ERGO in contact with the customers, based on various figures.
The ERGO Customer Report is published annually and can be accessed online at www.ergo.de/kundenbericht. The report is only available in German. A printed copy can be requested free of charge from this page.
