The share of the voting rights of BlackRock International Holdings Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, in our company had exceeded the threshold of 3% on 23 October 2015 and as of this date totalled 3.05% (5,080,793 voting rights). Thereof 1.92% (3,197,374 voting rights) are attributable to it in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 1 of the WpHG , 0.01% (22,364 voting rights) in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 2 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG and 1.42% (2,374,589 voting rights) in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

The total amount stated above does not necessarily equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group structure.
