    BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, UK, has informed us
    according to Section 21, para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
    (WpHG) as follows:
    The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, UK, in
    our company had fallen below the threshold of 3% on 13 October 2014 and as
    of this date totalled 2.97% (5,141,146 voting rights). Thereof 2.24%
    (3,877,332 voting rights) are attributable to it in accordance with Section
    22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 1 and 1.10% (1,893,879 voting rights) in
    accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 6 in connection with
    sentence 2 of the WpHG.
    The total amount stated above does not necessarily equal the sum of the
    detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting rights having
    multiple attributions within the BlackRock group structure.
