    UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, informed us in accordance with Section 21, para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting rights in our company had fallen below the threshold of 3% on 4 May 2009 and totalled 1.69% (3,335,358 voting rights). Thereof 0.78% (1,541,631 voting rights) are attributable to UBS AG in accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, item 1 of the WpHG.
