Your First Day

On day one, you will be invited to attend a new hire orientation where you will learn more about our business and company culture.

Following this, you will have the opportunity to chat with your People Manager to address any questions that you may have.

We want everyone to know you have joined our organization. As such, an official company announcement will be sent on this day announcing your arrival and ensuring our entire Munich Re community is aware of your new role with us. 

Lastly, we want to make sure you are well equipped for success! You will receive a laptop and mouse along with your system credentials to get you set up and ready for the day.
