Re|examine the potential of market insights
The pandemic introduced significant challenges for businesses and generated unprecedented uncertainty for the future. We understand the value of proactively monitoring market trends and key drivers to position our clients for success. In our Spring symposium, we highlighted the impacts of the pandemic on the Canadian LTD experience and industry expectations in the future for incidence and termination rates.
We shifted focus in a series of Fall sessions to LTD experience rating methodologies, performance indicators such as approval and denial rates, and case manager turnover and retention.
This session examined the impacts of different rating approaches and offered participating companies an opportunity to reflect on their own practices in response to the current market environment.
